In today’s edition, Paul and Matt discuss Denbury Resources (DNR), which just announced its intention to sell its Bakken shale assets to ExxonMobil for $1.6 billion. As part of the deal, Denbury will also be receiving ExxonMobil’s interests in the Webster Field in Texas and the Hartzog Draw Field in Wyoming, which fit Denbury’s operating model based on enhanced oil recovery through carbon dioxide injection.
