Samsung Sues Apple ... Again

Up today, Andrew and Anand talk about the totally unsurprising news that Samsung is suing Apple again. Samsung claims that Apple's megaproduct, the iPhone 5, is a violating device. Given that the phone has already doubled the prior iPhone sales record, any curbing of that growth spells a serious risk for Apple. While Andrew thinks a ruling against Apple is unlikely, it's still something that every big tech investor should be aware of.

Apple is the most influential company in technology and has delivered market-smashing returns for those lucky enough to invest in the company. However, maintaing that torrid pace will only get more difficult. If you’re looking for a recommendation on how to play Apple along with continuing updates and guidance on the company whenever news breaks, we've created a brand-new report that details when to buy and sell Apple.
