Today Fool.com contributors Chris Bledsoe and Austin Smith discuss the disruptive potential of Sodastream (Nasdaq: SODA ) , the company behind the innovative at-home soda-brewing station.
After being admittedly bearish on the product in the past, Austin concedes that the stock is remarkably cheap for all the growth it's putting up today. With no debt, a winning model, and the right relationships in the supply chain, there are a lot of things to love about SodaStream today.
But the real question investors want answered is whether SodaStream is a buy today. Our premium report will help you make that decision by discussing the opportunities and threats every investor needs to be aware of. The report comes with a year's worth of updates, so just click here now to get started.

If you price the cost of the syrup you'll see it cost about the same as the real stuff. So, why bother?
Who has better water filters than Coke & Pepsi? not the municipal water system for sure.
The only think you save is delivery cost and bottling costs, and perhaps you save the cost of bottles and it may be better for the environment.
Investing wise, everyone knows never to bet on a stock because of a product, right?

I woke up at 5 am this morning to read the Q3 report at 5:30am. I was so nervous yesterday. Great news on such a down dow day. I'm long on SODA with 1400 shares, waiting for it to blow past $41 in the next two to three weeks. Happy trading!

Austin - you say you don't drink soda, but how about sparkling water - Pellegrino, Perrier, etc. Go buy a Sodastream and use it for just sparkling water... you'll love it and others will too. My household only uses it for sparkling water. We drink it every day and we burn through about 1 canister every 3 weeks. Have been doing so for nearly 3 years now. We love the product. It saves money and I don't have to lug a case of sparkling water from Costco every 2 weeks. Honestly, if you're going to review the company go buy the product... it's only $130.
