With Android, IOS, and Windows Phone, I think there is no hope for Blackberry. They'd have to pull an Apple-type event/hype like the original iPod, original iPhone, or original iPad with their BB10. Alas, I can't think of a single feature that would devastate the competition and cause people to gravitate towards buying Blackberries. The brand is tainted as being old and clunky, the company is stuck competing with the likes of Apple, Samsung, Google, LG, etc. and there just isn't any room for yet another ecosystem.
