Will the iPad Mini Be Magical for Investors?

The iPad Mini is out, and this little tablet is going to mean very big things for Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL  ) in the months and years to come, and that means big things for Apple shareholders. In this video, Motley Fool analyst Eric Bleeker takes an extended look at everything you need to know about the iPad Mini. He takes us through the history of tablets, and how iPads went from being seen as "just big iPhones" to selling nearly 20 million units in the first year. He tells us why 2012 is the right time for the Mini, just as 2010 was the right time for its big brother. He talks about which products are competitive with the iPad Mini, and what could go wrong for the device down the road. He also gushes about what he loves about it, and why this isn't just the best 7-inch tablet on the market -- it's the future gold standard for the entire tablet market.

The release of the iPad Mini has been huge for Apple, but it's not the only card this tech giant has in play right now. The introduction of the iPhone 5 was hotly anticipated by Apple investors for months. Look at the Steve Jobs quote again. Did you miss the word "currant"? Did you miss the (significant) difference between 7 and 8 inches (squared)?

This is why Apple is leading. Even the bullish pundits, over a year later, not to mention the bears, fail to interpret the words and the meaning.

As long as that is true, Apple keeps winning.

Here's a few new Android tablet models all which launch in November and rival Nexus & Apple - - and are available at a Site called TabletSprint -- This new series by Ainol Electronics, which received a "Best Tablet of the Year" award at CNET Consumer Electronics Show 2012 - includes two models with 10-inch displays with high resolution screens; The Novo 10 Hero includes a Dual Core CPU and a 1280x800 display for $225; and a similar model The Novo 10 Captain offers Quad Core CPU and a 1920x1200 Liquid Crystal display (like Apple's Retina screen) for $275. All provide pretty nice specs and pricing -- There's also a new 7 inch tablet, The Novo 7 Flame for $189, that has many more features than the Nexus 7 and offers a 1280x800 High Resolution screen, Dual Core CPU, 32GB Memory, MicroSD portable storage, an HDMI connection to your TV with full 1080p (HD) that's great for movie downloads. Also, the world's first truly affordable, quality $100 Android tablet, the brand new Novo 7 Legend became available last week, with many of the same features as the Novo 7 Flame. TabletSprint also offers with each tablet - a truly free 3G/4G 500MB monthly data plan with full internet access/VoIP calling in the U.S. - - Certainly worth checking out and reviewing these holiday deals

Nice sales pitch, friendo. But no matter how cheap your anial electronics tablet is, it's still pure Shiite in the grand scheme of things.

Yes, the iPad mini is magical. It's being scalped on eBay now for $100 over the list price due to the overwhelming demand. The mini is quickly becoming a huge hit for Apple.
