Did Buffett and Blankfein Make Out Like Bandits in the Cliff Deal?

With the fiscal cliff having been narrowly and temporarily averted, many are now stopping, as the smoke clears, to take a closer look at the deal that kept us from going over the edge. Interestingly, while Berkshire Hathaway's (NYSE: BRK-B  ) Warren Buffett and Goldman Sachs' (NYSE: GS  ) Lloyd Blankfein have both been strong advocates for having the rich pay a higher tax percentage as part of measures to reduce the national debt and increase revenue, a few key subsidies and tax breaks in the deal are going to major assets for these two.
