Encana CEO Retires

Encana (NYSE: ECA  ) President and CEO Randall Eresman has retired after 35 years with the company. He will remain at the company as an advisor until the end of February.

Eresman will be replaced in both positions on an interim basis by Clayton Woitas, a director at the firm. Woitas holds the same posts at Canada's Range Royalty Management.
