With much of the world's automobile purchases turning toward much smaller cars, including in the U.S., Ford (F 0.68%) seems to be bucking the trend, with its truck sales still going strong, and even increasing year over year. This is an especially important space for the company, as margins on truck sales are significantly larger than they are for the smaller sedans.
