What Can We Learn From the Biggest Entrepreneurs In Tech?

In the following video, Motley Fool analyst Brendan Byrnes sits down with Maynard Webb, author of Rebooting Work: Transform How You Work in the Age of Entrepreneurship.

Finding innovative companies to invest in for the new age of entrepreneurship can be as easy as investing in your own backyard. Our free report, "3 American Companies Set to Dominate the World," shows you how. Click here to get your free copy before it's gone.

Brendan Byrnes: You mentioned entrepreneurs at eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY  ) , Google (NASDAQ: GOOGL  ) , Facebook (NASDAQ: FB  ) , what are some things, some traits, that they have and what do you think we can learn from them?

Maynard Webb: Well, first, they take risk. Right, they aren't afraid to get out there and make a difference in the world and not always be right and have people poke fingers and fun at them. So they're not afraid of taking risk. They are driven by a higher purpose, they know what they want to accomplish and then they just go to work to make that happen.

Brendan: Yeah, absolutely.

Maynard: I also on that point just really love that so many of them still are working when they no longer have to and they come in everyday to change the world.
