MetroPCS (NYSE: TMUS ) chairman and CEO Roger Linquist has sold another 100,000 shares of MetroPCS stock, the company revealed in a fling yesterday with the SEC.
Linquist sold those shares on Feb. 22, one week after divesting himself of 100,000 shares of MetroPCS stock. He still has 5,362,407 shares that he controls either directly or indirectly.
MetroPCS yesterday gave notice to the SEC that it will hold a special stockholders' meeting on March 28 to vote on the company's proposed merger with T-Mobile. That meeting could become a battleground as voices have been raised opposing the deal.
