What to Expect With the iWatch

Times have been curious for Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL  ) lately. Everybody seems to have an opinion about the business. While the company's stock has dropped, bears have shouted the end of days, and bulls have said it's the perfect time to buy.

How is Apple dealing with the stress? By playing around with a new toy, the "iWatch." Some believe this new gadget could do for the watch industry what the iPod did for music, and some think its hype is on par with the hugely buzzed and never released Apple HDTV. When can the rest of the world expect this new gadget's arrival, and could it really make a difference on its stock? Fool contributor Caroline Bennett answers these questions and more in the video below.

There's no doubt that Apple is at the center of technology's largest revolution ever, and that longtime shareholders have been handsomely rewarded with over 1,000% gains. However, there is a debate raging as to whether Apple remains a buy. The Motley Fool's senior technology analyst and managing bureau chief, Eric Bleeker, is prepared to fill you in on both reasons to buy and reasons to sell Apple, and what opportunities are left for the company (and your portfolio) going forward. What to expect? Lets see...

Now that the rumor about the watch is out, now everyone (Analysts) comes up with a wish list of features in the watch. They create hype around it, create a frenzy. Now they sell all their Apple stocks. Come release date, Apple falls short of their expectations, they downgrade the stock and the stock falls. Now they buy the Apple stock, after a while upgrade the stock because the Watch is sold out. And then sell the stock again for a huge profit.

This is what we should expect.
