Samsung launched its much-anticipated Galaxy S4 last week -- and fired a few shots across Apple's (AAPL 1.27%) bow in the process. Regardless of how you feel about the new features, Samsung has raised the bar for smartphones.

True to tradition, the new Google (GOOGL 0.55%) Android-based phone is once again larger than its predecessor, with the screen size bumping up from 4.8 inches to 5 inches.
