Boingo, AT&T Join Global Wi-Fi Forces

Boingo Wireless (WIFI) has launched a global Wi-Fi roaming initiative with AT&T (T 0.15%).

AT&T customers with the AT&T Wi-Fi International app will now have access to Boingo wireless hotspot locations across the globe. The service begins today for AT&T customers at international airports and will become available to more locations throughout the year. The agreement also allows Boingo customers to access AT&T Wi-Fi hotspots in the U.S.

Howard Buzick, vice president of business development for Boingo Wireless, said, "AT&T's domestic Wi-Fi network helps fill in the gaps for Boingo users actively seeking Wi-Fi hotspots."
