Social networking titan Facebook (META -0.52%) has unveiled a new mobile layout for its Facebook Pages meant for businesses. The company says that millions of users access Facebook Pages daily, with half of users accessing the site from mobile devices looking for information about a business. The revamped layout seeks to provide exactly that.

Facebook is now providing a simpler and cleaner look for mobile viewing and also displaying relevant information such as addresses and telephone numbers more prominently. The company is also adding a set of action buttons for easy access to allow users to better interact with a business Page.

Page owners will also be able to manage their Pages easier from mobile devices. The change will give Facebook a stronger position in local commerce.
