Specialty insurance company ProAssurance (PRA 2.24%) announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.25 per share, the same rate it's paid since it initiated a payout in 2011.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 12 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 27.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.00-per-share annual dividend, yielding 2% based on the closing price of ProAssurance's stock on May 22.
