Harley-Davidson Stock: Time to Buy on the Dip?

Harley-Davidson (NYSE: HOG  ) didn't have the best start to 2013. The company's motorcycle sales fell by 13% in the U.S, and its stock responded by drifting lower by more than 10%. Could the market be overreacting?
