Boeing Wins Foreign Military Sales Contracts Worth $132 Million

Awarded Pentagon contracts to assist militaries of both the Netherlands and Saudi Arabia.

The Department of Defense awarded Boeing (BA -2.87%) not one, not two, but three separate contract wins Tuesday, worth upwards of $132 million in aggregate.

The smallest award, for $7.7 million, is a firm-fixed-price, foreign military sales contract to provide "sustainment services" for Apache AH-64D attack helicopters operated by the Dutch military. A second award, for $15.4 million, also concerns foreign military sales, calling on Boeing to supply Apache Block III helos to Saudi Arabia.

As for the largest of the three awards, it, too, is a foreign military sales contract -- and like the second contract, it relates to Saudi Arabia. Boeing was awarded a $109.5 million modification, increasing the value of a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, foreign military sales contract to provide services in support of the Royal Saudi Land Force Aviation Command. DoD notes that the total value of this FMS contract is now approaching $395 million.
