The company has been able to grow its business tremendously there, and John thinks this is a big part of the long-term investing thesis for Starbucks. On the recent conference call, CEO Howard Schultz noted that the company is on track for China to become its second largest market outside the U.S. by 2014. John is excited by this long-term trend.
