Outpatient health-care services REIT Healthcare Realty Trust (HR) announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.30 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2009.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on August 30 to holders of record at the close of business on August 15. The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.20-per-share annual dividend, yielding 4.7% based on the closing price today of Healthcare Realty Trust's stock.
