BlackBerry (NASDAQ:BBRY) announced it has formed a special committee to evaluate "strategic options" that could include the sale of the company. Shares are up today, and trading at three times the normal volume.

So what's the best case scenario for BlackBerry? Is it being taken out by private equity, or being acquired by one of the big tech companies with deep pockets?

Fool analyst Isaac Pino believes being private is better for BlackBerry. And while some people are jumping on the shares today, Isaac believes investors should steer clear of the stock until the dust settles.
