A secondary offering of Access Midstream Partners (NYSE: ACMP) common units now has a price tag. The company announced that the 8 million units being sold by major holder Global Infrastructure Partners II have been offered to the public at $46.47 per unit. Additionally, the issue's underwriter, Barclays, has been granted a 30-day purchase option for up to an additional 1.2 million units.

In the press release announcing the news, Access Midstream Partners stressed that it will receive no proceeds from the offering, as it is not the selling party.

At the moment, the company has 176.8 million units outstanding, which currently trade at $46.96 apiece.
