Shares of Amazon (AMZN 0.80%) are flat a day after the company unveiled two new HD tablets. The new tablets are lighter, faster, and have some new integrated services, but Motley Fool One Analyst Jason Moser isn't all that wowed by the devices -- according to him, these upgrades were to be expected. Instead, what investors should be excited about are the tablets' affordability and their customer-centric focus. After all, as Jason points out, Amazon's focus is on the customer experience, and the new tablets' "Mayday Button" illustrates that.

Nonetheless, Jason thinks that Amazon's a buy. He knows that a lot of investors may be scared off by the company's price tag and its astronomical P/E ratio, but if you look deeper, the company is definitely worth the price for how successful it is.
