With the Obama administration's release of new regulations regarding coal plants, some seem to think that this could be the end of coal powered plants as we know it. But Michael isn't convinced that these new rules will actually change anything from in the world of power generation. What coal should continue to worry about is the threat of natural gas taking its biggest client.
