Telecom equipment manufacturer Comtech Telecommunications (Nasdaq: CMTL) announced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.275 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2011.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on November 19 to holders of record at the close of business on October 18. The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.10-per-share annual dividend, yielding 4.6% based on the closing price today of Comtech Telecommunication's stock.
