Oil giant ConocoPhillips (COP -0.43%) announced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.69 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after raising the payout 4.5% from $0.66 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Dec. 2 to the holders of record at the close of business on Oct. 15. The regular dividend payment equates to a $2.76-per-share annual dividend, yielding 3.9% based on the closing price today of ConocoPhillips' stock.
