Containership owner Costamare (NYSE: CMRE) announced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.27 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2011. The company has 74.8 million shares of common stock outstanding.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Nov. 6 to the holders of record at the close of business on Oct. 27. The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.08-per-share annual dividend, yielding 6.4% based on the closing price today of Costmare's stock.
