Ford (F 0.66%) continues to motor along the road of shareholder payouts. The company has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share for its Q4, to be paid on December 2 to its common and Class B stockholders of record as of November 1. That amount matches each of the auto giant's three preceding distributions, and is double the year-ago payout of $0.05 per share.

Ford has paid a dividend reliably since relaunching its distribution in March 2012. It had suspended the payout in September 2006.

The just-declared dividend annualizes to $0.40 per share. That yields 2.4% at Ford's most recent closing stock price of $16.93.
