International forest products company Rayonier (RYN -0.41%) announced today its fourth-quarter dividend of $0.49 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after raising the payout 11%, from $0.44 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Dec. 31 to the holders of record at the close of business on Dec. 17. The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.96-per-share annual dividend, yielding 3.4% based on the closing price today of Rayonier's stock.
