Pump prices are down again this week, according to an Energy Information Administration report (link opens a PDF) released today.
Retail regular gasoline prices clocked in at a national average of $3.265 per gallon for Nov. 4, $0.029 below last week's price tag. Rocky Mountain prices dropped the most ($0.061), while the Midwest saw prices fall by just one penny.
Compared with a year ago, pump prices are down $0.227.

For the same period, average retail diesel prices fell a slightly smaller $0.013 for a national average of $3.857 per gallon. On a regional basis, West Coast prices made the deepest dip at $0.021, while Rocky Mountain prices barely budged, down just $0.008 per gallon.
Over the ast year, diesel prices have fallen $0.153.

At these latest prices, the West Coast pays the prettiest penny for gasoline ($3.564) and diesel ($4.015). At the other end, the Gulf Coast can guzzle gas for just $3.03 and diesel for $3.769 per gallon.
