To be sure, Warren Buffett is often hesitant to invest in tech stocks. But according to the Fool's Steve Symington in the following video, Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.B -1.06%) (BRK.A -0.83%) currently holds a significant common interest with Internet search behemoth Google (GOOGL -0.36%).

Specifically, thanks to the falling costs associated with wind energy, both companies have made enormous investments of late in wind-generated power -- albeit with different end-goals in mind.
