    I use a combination of magicjack and tracfone.Magicjack plus home phone service for $30 a year($2.50 a month)which also includes use of magicjack app on android/apple phones and tablets.The app gives me free service anywhere i have a wifi connection.I use the tracfone for rare occasions when I don't have access to a wifi connection, which costs $7 a month for minimal minutes.Great combo for $10 a month.
