Previously on "Where Do I Charge My Electric Car?", ChargePoint CEO Pat Romano explained the inner workings of his company. ChargePoint has a 70% share of all networked public charging stations, and operates on four continents.

Our roving reporter Rex Moore was at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, and talked with ChargePoint CEO Pat Romano. In this video, Romano demonstrates an incredibly convenient and time-saving feature that's built into many of ChargePoint's auto partners. This includes BMW (BAMXF -0.19%), which was showing off its all-electric i3 at CES.

A full transcript follows the video.

3 stocks poised to be multi-baggers
The one sure way to get wealthy is to invest in a groundbreaking company that goes on to dominate a multibillion-dollar industry. Our analysts have found multi-bagger stocks time and again. And now they think they've done it again with three stock picks that they believe could generate the same type of phenomenal returns. They've revealed these picks in a new free report that you can download instantly by clicking here now.

Pat Romano: If you look at the car that's right here that was announced by BMW -- the i3, which is a wonderful vehicle -- we're directly integrated with this in-dash navigation system so you can literally ask the car, "Where's the nearest charging station?" and you can tell, on the dash, whether the charging station has a car plugged into it, or if it's free for you to use.

You'll be able to not make the mistake of navigating to a parking space that's already occupied by another car, which would be incredibly frustrating if you didn't have that real-time info. This car is full-time connected to the Internet. It's always connected, so it's a very cool feature.

The second way of doing it with ChargePoint is through the mobile application. Once you leave your beautiful BMW and you're having dinner or you're at work, and you want to check on your charging session or potentially plan your route to your next business meeting, you can use that mobile application to find chargers and navigate to them directly.
