Does Anything Apple Announces at WWDC Really Matter?

On Tuesday's Market Foolery, Mark Reeth and dives into the World Wide Developers Conference with Motley Fool One analyst Jason Moser and Million Dollar Portfolio analyst Michael Olsen. While the three agree that the news coming from the WWDC about Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL  )  was less exciting than a new product release, each analyst sees some highlights from the conference so far.

Michael notes that the tech giant will streamline networking with its Home kit, yet Jason sees networking between Apple devices appealing more to the "super-user" and not to the occasional Apple user.

Then Jason and Michael talk about Apple's Health kit, and Jason explains that the technology company will work with Nike  (NYSE: NKE  ) on this project. Michael adds that a wearable is inevitable at this point.

Leaked: Apple's next smart device (warning, it may shock you)
Apple recently recruited a secret-development "dream team" to guarantee its newest smart device was kept hidden from the public for as long as possible. But the secret is out, and some early viewers are claiming its everyday impact could trump the iPod, iPhone, and the iPad. In fact, ABI Research predicts 485 million of this type of device will be sold per year. But one small company makes Apple's gadget possible. And its stock price has nearly unlimited room to run for early-in-the-know investors. To be one of them, and see Apple's newest smart gizmo, just click here!

Apple doesn't come out with anything more than the occasional Mac update, if it happens to coincide with the WWDC. This is pretty much a software only show. If writers don't get that by now, they aren't doing their homework, and can be ignored.
