Last week and the week before that, stocks of property managers were hotter than a ripe green Serrano pepper dipped in red chile paste. But not this week. This time, we travel from the mountains of Mexico, where Serranos originated, to the Foolish hills of Venezuela. Stocks from this spicy region are up 20.8% over the last 30 days.
Who are the others? Have a look:
- Second best, for the second straight week, are providers of solar power. Stocks of sun worshippers are, as a group, up 19.6% over the last 30 days.
- Third best are makers of antivirus software. The business of inoculating your PC from nasty invaders has stocks like Symantec
(NASDAQ:SYMC) and its peers up 17% over the last 30 days.
