The Motley Fool's CAPS investing service is great way for investors to work together to beat the market -- and maybe get famous while they're at it. Among its features, CAPS lets users blog about their picks, investing strategy, market view, yesterday's lunch, or whatever floats their boat.
As the CAPS blogosphere continues to grow, players are adding more great content on a daily basis. To make it easier to find some of the gems out there, I've dug through the past week's posts to find some of CAPS' best insights. Follow the bouncing baby boomers

Al Gore is back at it! This time, he's issued a challenge to the U.S. to get rid of our carbon-based fuel dependence completely over the next 10 years. A lofty goal, to be sure, but a good one nonetheless. Pursuing that goal could be a major boon to companies developing renewable-energy sources, with Suntech Power (NYSE: STP ) and GE's (NYSE: GE ) wind division among the potential winners. CAPS blogger GreenMycon just couldn't believe that nobody else had already blogged about the challenge. I never get tired of stories about stock pump-and-dump schemes. Every one of these tales is as hilarious as it is nefarious, and the creativity of the pumpers can be pretty high.
