For the third year in a row, Google's (GOOGL -1.23%) YouTube will bring Brazil's Carnival (or Carnaval in Portuguese) online. From Feb. 7-12, YouTube's Carnaval channel will showcase 150+ hours of live video from six different cities:  Salvador, Rio de Janeiro, Olinda, São Luís do Maranhão, Ouro Preto, and Pirenópolis. Combining YouTube Live and Google+ Hangouts, streamers will be able to view the festivities from different angles and events.

Google has also partnered with photographers across 20 different cities to provide a multimedia experience on the newly launched, Google+ Carnaval. Each day the photographers will upload their best photographs onto the search giant's social networking site.

Google's YouTube Carnaval channel and Google+ Carnval hangout page are now live for viewing. Google has also released its Carnaval 2013 Chrome extension to remind viewers when certain live streams are available for YouTube coverage.
