    Some videos of this type are presented as genuine interviews, one party interviewing the other. They face each other, and interact with each other. Others have single 'talking head' passing on their wisdom.

    *This* video is a poorly-directed melange of the two styles, with the result that the viewer's attention to the actual content is continually distracted by these people constantly swinging round to face each other, as if they were interacting ... but they aren't.

    You need someone in charge of this sort of thing who knows what they're doing.

    Oh, and the content's pretty thin stuff, too ...
