Picking a Consumer Winner in China

There are more than a few investors around the world excited about the rise of the Chinese consumer. In fact, McKinsey recently predicted that China's GDP will continue to grow at almost 8% annually, largely on the back of urbanization and growth in private consumption.

With this as background, Motley Fool Asset Management analyst Tim Hanson goes looking for a long-term winner in the restaurant space with a closer look at Ajisen, Yum! Brands (NYSE: YUM  ) , and Country Style Cooking (NYSE: CCSC  ) .
