Who's in the squirrel suit towards the end?
VIsta is not a 'darn good operating system'. Most corporations choose not to upgrade as they see little values as compare to moving up from vista. Home users find it confusing and requires new hardware to use all the flash eye candy features. Many of the Vista features are copied from Apple OS.
I think it's not just the hardware but the software also that's simpler and more intuitive (to the new users).
