  • Revenue forecasts: On average, analysts predict $202.2 million in revenue this quarter. That would represent a rise of 8.6% from the year-ago quarter.
  • Wall Street earnings expectations: The average analyst estimate is earnings of $0.19 per share. Estimates range from $0.18 to $0.20.

Quest Software's profit has risen year over year by an average of more than twofold. Revenue has now gone up for three straight quarters. The company's gross margin shrank by 2.3 percentage points in the last quarter. Revenue rose 9.9% while cost of sales rose 30.2% to $27.4 million from a year earlier.
