Is This News the Buy Sign Apple Investors Have Been Waiting For?

Apple's (NASDAQ: AAPL  ) CEO Tim Cook has met with China Mobile (NYSE: CHL  ) CEO Xi Guohua, to discuss "matters of cooperation." Are all of these commericals sponsored by Apple? Do they pay so much for daily videos that pump Apple and then another fee to bash everyone else?

We all know that Apple has nothing new to offer in 2013 but they run these commericals anyway?
