Meet Apple's Most Dangerous Competitor

Even if we haven't seen it yet, there's something to be said for Samsung Electronics' (NASDAQOTH: SSNLF  ) plans to build a wristwatch computer worthy of Dick Tracy.

In the following video, Tim Beyers of Motley Fool Rule Breakers and Motley Fool Supernova says that Apple's (NASDAQ: AAPL  ) longtime chip partner is exploring new territory more frequently, and a result is having success defining new categories -- phablets, for example -- even as it challenges the Mac maker in other areas.

Apple's biggest advantage is a product that's well made. Look at its computers, iPhone or anything made by Apple, they are all well conceived, tastefully designed, quality made. There is art in Apple product that can't be found in anything else.

Samsung has no soul (but it does have Seoul). Only Sony comes close. Samsung product is just a thing; no inner connection (sometimes, no internet connection).

I hope Apple will ignore the press and opinions in general especially the irrelevant rankings and stay true to its artistic interpretation of electronic engineering.

Apple has grown on the past decade with INNOVATIVE products. I dont believe a watch would be the next apple break through. Unless apple is going after childrens market... within the next 2 years Samsung will take over apples market on phone devices. Apple played a lot with holding technology and not giving people innovative technology because the had to sell all versions of Iphone to make as much money as they could. However, now they will pay the price of loosing the top spot because Samsung will most definitely take over the phone market. They went from copycats to aggressive risk takers... I am an Apple user from desktop to laptop to Ipad however i am changing my Iphone to a Galaxy 4.

    No question about it!!

Plus apple don't have steve anymore and rather they want to admit or not he makes HUGE difference.. It will not be the same. Apple stocks will drop Samsung stocks will rise.
