Two European cable networks now install Netflix apps on their TiVo-branded set-top boxes. Here's why you shouldn't expect American networks to follow suit.

Two major cable companies in Europe just installed Netflix (NFLX 1.73%) apps on their TiVo (TIVO) branded set-top boxes. Should you expect your American cable box to follow suit?
