Getting the Most From Your Workout

April Fool's! We're not turning our backs on investing -- though we did fool some of you.

When it comes to staying in shape, you can't afford to waste time. If you're too busy to spend hours jogging mindlessly on a treadmill, a promising new innovation in exercise equipment is revolutionizing the workout world -- and it might be just the ticket for you.

Researchers at the Delaware Institute of Exercise Technology recently came out with a great new workout program that promises to help you lose weight, build muscle, and improve flexibility all at the same time. Simply by using this new device, you can get the results you want in just minutes per day -- highly improving your return on invested workout effort.

How it works
In stark contrast to most modern exercise equipment, the new device is simple, lightweight, and affordable. It has two handles that are contoured to fit your hands comfortably and efficiently. Connecting the handles is a semi-flexible polymer-fabric blend that creates a sleek, seamless design. The whole thing weighs less than a pound and comes with a carrying case you can put on your belt or inside your coat pocket.

Using the new technology is easy. Simply take hold of the handles and throw the polymer-fabric connector over your head. As gravity pulls the connector downward, bend your knees and then push off against the floor. The device should slide effortlessly through the gap between your feet and the ground.

"It's a miracle"
Studies done by DIET researchers give good initial results. "People are really taking hold of this new exercise method," said Professor Franz Gruber. "Even my brother Hans has pumped himself up with it. I think it's a miracle."

For such a small investment of time, no self-respecting exerciser can afford to pass up this opportunity. With a big marketing deal coming from Fool Exercise Technologies (Ticker: JUMPROPE), it won't be long before you see these devices everywhere.
