I Finally Decided to Cut My Losses and Sell This Stock -- Here's Why

This real estate technology company could be hit hard by a changing real estate market.

I bought Zillow (ZG 1.81%)(Z 1.47%) about three years ago, and since that time the stock is down by more than 60%. Even at the cheaper valuation, I'm inclined to believe that major changes in the real estate market give the stock more downside risk than upside potential. In this video, I discuss the reasons both for and against owning Zillow, and why I finally decided to cut my losses and move on.
