You should always look for the best brokerage bonuses before opening a new account. Whether it's investing a specific amount, referring friends, or even transferring funds, there are plenty of ways to rack up rewards.

New Robinhood customers can claim a reward of $5, $10, or $200 worth of stock once they open an account and link their bank account or debit card. Note that 99% of customers receive $5. Only 0.9% receive $10, and a lucky 0.1% receive $200.
You can invest this bonus in one of 26 stocks, which include many of the biggest companies in the U.S. If the share price is higher than your reward, then you can purchase fractional shares.
Opening a Robinhood account is quick and easy. If you're wondering what the process looks like, check out our guide: How to Open a Robinhood Account.

The fine print:
You have 60 days to claim your new-account bonus. You must wait at least three days to sell your gift stock. After selling it, you must wait at least 30 days to withdraw the cash proceeds from your Robinhood account.
Robinhood Gold can be an excellent value for people who regularly use margin, keep lots of uninvested cash in their accounts, or who take full advantage of IRA investing.

Get a 3% match on IRA contributions each year with Robinhood Gold
On Robinhood Gold's Secure Website.
Robinhood Gold members who deposit new funds to a Robinhood IRA will receive a 3% match on their annual contributions. That means if you contribute $5,000 in a year, Robinhood will contribute an additional $150.
Robinhood Gold members who transfer funds from an IRA or 401(k) to a Robinhood IRA by April 30, 2025 will receive an unlimited 2% match. For example, if you transfer $50,000 from an IRA, Robinhood will throw in an extra $1,000.
This bonus is limited to members of Robinhood Gold. Membership costs $5 per month. After April 30, the match decreases to 1%.
Customers with a free Robinhood account receive a 1% match on IRA contributions, transfers, and 401(k) rollovers.
Click here to open a Robinhood Gold account and start investing today.
The fine print:
The transferred money must remain in your Robinhood IRA for at least five years. Any amount withdrawn earlier than that will lose the match.
To keep the 2% match, you must also remain a Gold subscriber for at least one year after the date of your first Gold-level match. If you cancel your Gold membership sooner than that, you'll still be eligible for the 1% match.
If you refer a friend to Robinhood, and that friend opens a new Robinhood account and links their bank account or debit card, then you'll receive a bonus that you can use to purchase stock.
This reward looks just like the new account sign-up bonus:
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, but your total rewards are capped at $1,500 per year.
How to claim the bonus:
The fine print:
As with the new account bonus, you have 60 days to claim your reward. You must wait at least three days before selling your gift stock. After selling it, you must wait 30 days before withdrawing the proceeds.
Robinhood customers can snag either a 10-karat gold credit card or $1,100 in cash (roughly the value of the card itself). However, this bonus is more difficult to earn. If you're up for the challenge, though, this could be a seriously rewarding opportunity.
How to claim the bonus:
The Robinhood Gold Card is a cash back credit card exclusively for Robinhood Gold members. It pays 3% cash back on all categories of spending and has no annual fee (not counting the cost of your Robinhood Gold subscription).
If you meet the requirements of this promotion, you'll get one of two rewards.
Keep in mind that the waitlist for the Robinhood Gold Card is long, and some customers have reported waiting months to get it.
If you think you have a shot at earning this reward, then go for it. If you're looking for a great cash back card now, then check out our list of the best rewards credit cards.
The fine print:
Only the first 5,000 participants will receive this reward. After that, the promotion will end.
You don't have to be a Robinhood Gold member to apply for the card or to earn this reward. However, if your application for the card is approved, you'll be enrolled in Robinhood Gold if you aren't already a member.
There's a lot more fine print to this promo, so be sure to read the full terms and conditions.
Robinhood occasionally runs limited-time promotions, like bonus matches on certain transfers to your Robinhood account. Keep tabs on your Robinhood app and your email inbox so you don't miss out on any great offers.
