(March 15, 1999) -- Irv is taking to the road today [Editor's note: this was written on Saturday, March 13] so I'm providing him with all the writing for next week before he leaves. To fill the week, I need to think of five things to say this morning. First, I'm hungry. We're about to have breakfast, so this will have to do for this day's writing. After breakfast I'll write the next four days.
I won't be saying what the S&P does every day because Irv usually adds that in anyway, not me. I sometimes read about it in the paper the next day, but I don't feel I'm missing anything if I don't.
