The S&P 500 Is Down 5% Since August -- Here Are 3 Stocks That Look Especially Cheap

It hasn't been a good few months for the market, but there are some compelling opportunities for investors now.

After rallying sharply through the first half of the year, the S&P 500 has declined by about 5% since the beginning of August. However, this has created some interesting opportunities. Here's an energy stock, a bank, and a REIT that all look particularly attractive right now.
