Apple (AAPL -1.26%)and Samsung's legal disputes continue, and it's unlikely that these bickering partners will remain in business together much longer as they proceed to sue each other around the world.

Samsung manufactures Apple's line of chips that appear in the iPhone 5, and the real focal point for investors is who will pick up the extra business once Samsung is kicked out of the Apple-sphere. Two possible companies are Taiwan Semiconductor(TSM -1.23%), the world's largest chip foundry, and KLA-Tencor(KLAC 2.37%), which manufactures equipment that TSM would use. If Apple does shift that business as people expect it will, these manufacturers could see a huge tailwind and are definitely stocks to keep an eye on.

From stockholders to downstream chipmakers, Apple delivers market-smashing returns and profits for those lucky enough to have invested in the company or to have done business with it. However, maintaing that torrid pace will only get more difficult as Apple continues to grow. If you're looking for a recommendation on how to play Apple, along with continuing updates and guidance on the company whenever news breaks, we've created a brand-new report that details everything you need to know about the most influential company in technology.
