Weight-loss specialist Weight Watchers International (WW -4.22%) announced today its second-quarter dividend of $0.175 per share, the same rate it's paid since it began making a payout in 2006.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 12 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 28.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.70-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.5% based on the closing price of Weight Watchers' stock on June 12.
